Automatic Payment
If you would like, you can arrange to have your bill paid automatically each month directly from your checking or saving accounts. To take advantage of this convenient option:

1. Open the

Automatic Cash Transfer Application Form

2. Fill out the form by printing it out and completing it by hand.

3. Sign and Date the form.

4. Mail the form along with a VOIDED Check if you wish to have your payment withdrawn from your checking account to: Waymart Area Authority
